Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storage and dispatch of parts for repair orders. You will verify parts accuracy and ensure timely distribution to the shop per the production schedule.

You will liaise with vendors, enter invoices into the MIS system and maintain proper documentation, while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, dispatch, and return parts for repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per production schedule.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and vendors.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
