Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning of parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy against the production schedule and vehicle needs to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-CAR registered or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Communicate all customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts via MIS; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track vendor invoices.
• Label, track, and store parts with RO numbers and vehicle.
• Notify team of Parts Price Changes (PPI).
• Monitor performance of parts and sublet vendors in MIS.
• Reconcile vendor invoice history daily.
