Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to optimize the parts flow for each repair order. You will verify parts quality, manage receiving and stocking, and support the shop with timely parts distribution.

The role requires 1-3+ years in auto parts, strong communication, and solid organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tool familiarity (Summit, Mitchell, Audatex).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience.
• Customer service oriented and able to manage pressure.
• I-Car registered, working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders and verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter part invoices into MIS and track vendor invoices.
• Label, store, and track parts by RO number; notify team of price changes.
• Monitor parts performance and reconcile vendor invoice history.
• Maintain accurate invoices and credits filed/scanned.
