Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns of parts for each repair order. You will verify parts quality and accuracy against the production schedule and vehicle needs, while communicating customer requests to the team.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, 1–3+ years of auto parts experience, I-CAR registration progress, and proficiency with SUMMIT, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented and strong organizational ability.
• I-CAR registered (working towards Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, dispatch, and return parts per repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per schedule and vehicle needs.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number.
• Monitor parts performance and vendor invoices; reconcile reports.
• Ensure correct negotiated discounts to maintain margins.
