Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for each repair order, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. You will verify parts quality, collaborate with vendors, and maintain proper documentation within the MIS system.

The role requires 1-3+ years in automotive parts, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency with repair-industry software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts with vendors, ensure quality and quantity per repair orders.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS; track parts and price changes.
