Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while efficiently managing ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. The role verifies part accuracy and quality to support the production schedule.

You will work with vendors, enter invoices in MIS, and ensure timely distribution of parts to the shop. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts; auto body parts bonus.
• Customer service minded with strong organization and problem solving.
• I-Car registered, working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and timely parts distribution.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Work with vendors to order, receive and verify parts for accuracy.
• Enter all parts invoices in MIS and track parts by RO#.
• Monitor parts performance and reconcile vendor invoices.
