Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure an exceptional customer experience by effectively ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience, strong organization, superb communication, and proficiency with Summit, Repair Centre, Mitchell and Audatex systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Customer service orientation and strong organizational skills required.
• I-CAR registration, working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts from vendors, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS and track price changes.
• Label, track, and store parts with RO numbers and vehicles.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and manage discount terms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
