Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning of auto body parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy, track invoices, and ensure timely distribution to the shop to meet the production schedule.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts with strong customer service and organizational abilities, including experience with MIS systems and relevant software such as Summit and Mitchell.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts per repair orders, verifying quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop according to production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
