Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing the parts chain for each repair order. You will verify part quality, order accuracy, and timely delivery to support the shop’s production schedule.

Responsibilities include invoicing in the MIS, tracking parts by RO number, and coordinating with vendors on parts pricing and availability. A high school diploma and automotive parts experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• I-CAR registration or progress toward Gold Class.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and accurately.
• Relay customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts per repair orders.
• Ensure timely parts distribution per production schedules.
• Enter invoices into MIS and reconcile records.
• Label, track, and store parts by RO number with vehicles.
• Notify team of price changes and manage vendor invoices.
• Support daily reconciliation of vendor invoice history.
