Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to enhance the customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy and quality to align with the production schedule and vehicle needs.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and organizational skills, plus I-CAR progress toward Gold Class. Join a team focused on WOW and outstanding service in collision and glass repair.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability and problem-solving.
• I-CAR registered, working towards Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Coordinate with vendors to order and receive parts as per repair orders.
• Ensure timely parts distribution per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicle.
• Monitor and reconcile parts invoices and price changes.
• Post and file invoices and credit memos promptly.
• Ensure negotiated discounts preserve margins.
