Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy and quality, support the shop with timely parts distribution and actively maintain MIS records.

The role requires 1–3+ years in auto parts, strong communication, and close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts, auto body parts a bonus.
• Customer service orientation with ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks.
• I-CAR registration in progress toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate all customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts, verify quality and quantity per repair orders.
• Distribute parts to the shop in line with production schedules.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS system.
• Label and track parts by RO number and communicate price changes.
• Monitor vendor invoices and reconcile purchase history reports.
• Post and file invoices and credits in a timely manner.
• Maintain correct negotiated discounts to protect margins.
