Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify part accuracy against production schedules and vehicle needs to support on-time repairs.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong organizational skills, and solid proficiency with MIS systems. Weekend/physical demands may apply in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organization under pressure.
• I-Car registration in progress (Gold Class preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts ensuring accuracy and timely delivery per repair orders.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and vendors.
• Order and receive parts, confirm quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop according to production schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS and track discount terms.
• Label, store and track parts by RO number with vehicle.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain cost control.
