Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order. The role ensures accuracy and timely parts delivery in line with the production schedule and vehicle needs.

You will verify parts quality and quantity, enter invoices, and maintain parts tracking while collaborating with vendors and shop teams to support efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Communicate all customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts via MIS, ensure quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and communicate price changes.
• Monitor supplier invoices and reconcile history report.
• Post and file invoices/credit memos timely.
• Ensure negotiated discounts on vendor invoices to protect margins.
