Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for repair orders. You will verify part quality against the production schedule and vehicle needs, ensuring timely distribution to the shop.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with MIS and parts sourcing tools is expected, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and communicate price changes.
• Manage supplemental parts in MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Ensure invoices/credit memos are posted timely.
• Verify negotiated discounts to maintain margins.
