Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify accuracy and quality of parts to ensure on-time production and a smooth customer experience.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and solid organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• Customer Service oriented with strong organizational skills.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts, verify quality and quantity per repair orders.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with the vehicle/repairs.
• Monitor Parts Price Changes and communicate them to team.
• Reconcile parts vendor invoices and maintain margins.
• Post and file invoices and credit memos promptly.
• Ensure negotiated discounts are applied to vendor invoices.
