Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass – Perrin-Beitel, TX is seeking a Parts Coordinator to enhance the customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order.

You will verify part quality, track items by RO number, and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery aligned with the production schedule. Prior CCC1 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3+ years experience with automotive parts; customer service oriented and strong organizational ability.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity of parts.
• Distribute parts to shop in accordance with production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS; label and track parts by RO number.
• Communicate Parts Price Changes (PPI) to team.
• Manage supplemental parts in MIS and monitor performance.
• Reconcile vendor invoice history; ensure invoices/credit memos posted.
