Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify accuracy and quality of parts against the production schedule and vehicle needs.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and proficiency with MIS tools. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health insurance, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts, auto body parts a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills under pressure.
• I-Car registration or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts from vendors per repair orders and verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop timely per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS.
