Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers and field technicians

• Research and validate part numbers for machines
• Check availability, pricing, and shipping options
• Explore 3rd party alternatives to reduce lead time or cost
• Create and send formal quotes in the CRM and follow up for purchase orders
• Request warranty approvals and process warranty claims
• Enter orders in ERP and communicate lead times to customers and service team
