Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure an exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning auto parts for each repair order.

You will verify accuracy and quality of parts in line with the production schedule and vehicle needs, while maintaining organized MIS records and collaborating with vendors and shop teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts
• I-Car Registered or working towards Gold Class certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Communicate all customer requests to team members
• Order, receive, and store parts per repair orders with accuracy
• Distribute parts to the shop per production schedule
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS and monitor price changes
• Label and track parts by RO# and coordinate with team
• Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain proper profit margins
