Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify accuracy and quality of parts per schedule and vehicle needs, while ensuring timely distribution to the shop.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in auto parts, strong customer service, and good organizational skills. I-Car registration progress is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years experience in automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills under pressure.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts with vendors via MIS and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Label, track, and store parts with RO numbers and communicate price changes.
