Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing parts ordering, receiving, storage and dispatch for each repair order. You will verify parts quality and accuracy against the production schedule and vehicle needs.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive parts, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MIS systems. A fast-paced shop environment offers growth and dedicated team support.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years parts experience; auto body parts a bonus.
• I-CAR registration or progress toward Gold Class is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts from vendors; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track price changes.
• Label, track, and store parts by RO number with vehicles.
• Monitor vendor invoices and reconcile history reports.
• Maintain accurate invoices and post credits promptly.
• Work with discount agreements to protect margins.
