You will manage parts ordering, procurement and inventory for multiple units, handle warranties, and drive standardized parts processes across locations. Strong communication and office software skills are essential.

By continuing to browse, you consent to our use of cookies.**# Careers## Parts CoordinatorApply: Little Canada, MN: Full time: Posted Today: JR103039**Job Overview:**Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas, oil, electric and telecommunications industry.**It’s an exciting time to join Q3 Contracting as a PARTS COORDINATOR in our Little Canada, MN shop!**As a parts coordinator, you will carry out various administrative and fleet management tasks including parts management, procurement, process implementation, GPS telematics device management, and other systems deployed across Primoris Services Corporation. You will generate, distribute, and follow up on scheduled reports related to parts purchases, inventory, and explanations for program exceptions. The parts coordinator ensures standardization of the parts activities across multiple business units and geographic regions.**Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*** Oversees the parts ordering, procurement, inventory management, warranty, and distribution of PSC repair parts, shop supplies, and maintenance parts for all business units, field and in shop.* Controls all minimum and maximum parts inventory for shop and field locations.* Negotiates with the assistance of the National Accounts management, all parts/tire/maintenance contracts with the PSC preferred vendors.* Manages the parts warranty process with all vendors and ensures that PSC parts credits and refunds have been collected.* Keeps assigned parts room in a clean and manageable order.* Ensures that logistical hallenges are met in the field to minimize downtime and efficiencies for PSC field and resident technicians.* Oversees training and development of their PSC parts personnel.* Management of standardized parts master in Parts Management System.
