Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Little Canada, MN. You will manage parts ordering, procurement and inventory for multiple units, handle warranties, and drive standardized parts processes across locations. Strong communication and office software skills are essential.

Experience in parts sales is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role includes reporting on parts purchases and inventory, with benefits and a path for growth in

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales or auto/equipment sales is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and processes and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees parts ordering, procurement, inventory management, warranty, and distribution for PSC repair parts and shop supplies.
• Controls minimum and maximum parts inventory for shop and field locations.
• Negotiates parts contracts with vendors and manages warranty processes and credits.
• Maintains organized parts rooms and supports field technicians to minimize downtime.
• Oversees training and development of PSC parts personnel; maintains standardized parts master.
• Generates and follows up on reports related to parts purchases, inventory, and program exceptions.
