Job summary

Rillet in San Francisco is seeking a Partnerships Lead – Accounting & Advisory to expand the partner ecosystem with Top 100 CPA firms and independent advisory firms. You will work with C‑level executives on vision and business cases and align cross-functional teams to execute partner initiatives.

You will own revenue outcomes with partners, structure compelling commercial arrangements, and represent Rillet at roundtables and conferences, driving the platinum experience for clients and firm

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a top CPA or advisory firm, or partnerships at a software company with SI channel.
• Background in accounting or ERP consulting is preferred.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with Managing Directors and Partners.

Responsibilities

• Expand partner set of accounting firms, focusing on Top 100 CPA firms and independent consulting firms.
• Own revenue outcomes with partners, from business case creation to day‑to‑day execution.
• Design a world‑class partner management structure with internal resourcing for a premium client experience.
• Structure commercial arrangements that drive lasting success for Rillet and partners.
• Represent Rillet at partner roundtables and industry conferences, and through a curated online presence.
• Synthesize partner feedback to prioritize actionable product insights.
