Job summary

Rillet is seeking a Director of Partner Implementation to build and lead the partner ecosystem, enabling top accounting and consulting firms to deliver Rillet-quality implementations at scale.

You will oversee Partner Implementation Managers, establish scalable playbooks, and drive strategic partnerships with ERP software providers. This role reports to the VP Solutions with a dotted line to the Head of Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Track record building and running partner, channel or SI programs, ideally for ERP or finance software.
• Experience hiring, developing and leading a team of managers, with a history of high-performing teams.
• Strong relationships with accounting and consulting firm leadership; comfortable leading through influence.
• Implementation depth to judge quality and troubleshoot partner work hands-on.
• Builder’s instinct for scalable systems: playbooks, cadences, tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships; oversee all implementation partners and perform capacity/quality reviews.
• Hire, coach and grow the Partner Implementation Managers; scale the team as volume rises.
• Define Rillet-quality delivery and run project health reviews for partner-led work.
• Own curriculum and onboarding playbooks from kickoff to independence.
• Own escalation path for platform/data/configuration issues and improve docs/training/tools.
• Lead weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews with leadership; report program health metrics.
• Maintain playbooks and tooling to let the program scale without you in every room.
• Collaborate across Rillet to ensure partner and team success.
