Hyland is seeking a fully remote partner support specialist to act as the first line of contact for inquiries and become the subject matter expert for the partner program. You will build and maintain AI agents and self-service content to streamline the partner experience and reduce friction across channels.

You will also track support data, identify friction points, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.

Competenze

• Strong English communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Excel, reporting, and maintaining data quality.
• Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or low-code tools is a plus.
