Job summary

ZKTeco WFM is seeking a highly organized Partner Account & Sales Support Specialist to support our software partners and manage day-to-day sales transactions and follow-up.

This role focuses on easy partner engagement, forecast handling, inventory planning, and timely communication with internal teams, without high-pressure selling. You will work with various departments to ensure accurate orders and smooth fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer success, order management, inside sales support, or B2B customer service.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable building ongoing relationships with business customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working with forecasts, estimates, orders, inventory, and customer records.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or business systems.
• Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
• Technology, SaaS, hardware, HCM, WFM, payroll, or time and attendance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with assigned software partners and serve as a responsive day-to-day contact.
• Prepare accurate estimates and sales orders, track through inventory allocation, fulfillment, shipment, invoicing, and closure.
• Communicate order status, lead times, delays, backorders, and exceptions; escalate issues affecting relationships.
• Consolidate partner forecasts and coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, product, integration, and support.
• Follow up on items and maintain accurate partner, forecast, and transaction records in Zoho CRM.
• Support partner onboarding, QBR preparation, integration coordination, and identify opportunities to the Head of Engagement & Growth.
