Job summary

Zocalo Recruiting is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Support to help move customer orders from request to fulfillment. You will ensure pricing, quantities, and documentation are accurate, enter data in internal systems, and track orders while coordinating with sales, production, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter and maintain order data in internal systems.
• Track orders and follow up on delays or changes.
• Communicate order status and shipping details to customers.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and production to move orders forward.
• Prepare quotes and update sales documentation; assist with modifications.
• Collect shipping, billing, and order-related information.
• Maintain accurate CRM and related data.
• Identify missing information to prevent downstream issues.
• Support additional sales admin and ops projects as needed.
