The position emphasizes customer-facing activities while coordinating with sales and other teams to maintain strong client relationships and drive order accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers and learn quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by validating data accuracy and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM tasks and update opportunities with Regional Sales Managers.
• Assist with billing disputes in collaboration with the External Collections Company.
• Communicate with customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and shipments.
• Prepare professional customer quotations and support pre-sales activities.
• Balance customer-facing duties (60%) with internal sales support activities (40%).
