ZKTeco WFM is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to nurture ongoing relationships with Workday customers after implementation. The role emphasizes customer engagement, quarterly business reviews, and delivering consistent support without a sales quota.

You will maintain regular touchpoints, monitor health and renewals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. This position is based in Tampa, FL and focuses on enterprise Workday customers in workforce management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer success, account management, or related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular customer touchpoints and conduct QBRs with customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, account health, support trends, escalations and renewals.
• Track commitments and support renewal preparation.
• Coordinate with Support, Implementation, Product, Finance, Operations, and Sales to address customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information and account updates in Zoho CRM.
