Job summary

Xometry is seeking a highly organized Partner Success Manager to facilitate manufacturing partners’ success by expediting task completion, reassignment, or escalation. You will be the main liaison for partners, ensuring clear visibility and proactive communication throughout the production lifecycle.

This role requires strong interpersonal, queue management, and cross-platform expertise, with a focus on collaboration, organization, and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 4+ years in supply chain or customer service in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record managing schedules and expectations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the partner community, building trust and communicating project status.
• Orchestrate production through queue awareness to minimize delays.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews and manage risk-based outreach for high-risk jobs.
• Act as a technical SME for the Partner Success Team to resolve blockers.
• Identify and resolve issues, including RMA and reclamations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and PD&T; ensure quality and safety policies.
