Job summary

Xometry, a NASDAQ-listed digital manufacturing marketplace, is seeking a highly organized Partner Success Manager to accelerate partner success and improve production throughput. You will act as the primary liaison for manufacturing partners, managing communications, schedules, and risk-based outreach throughout the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record delivering on schedule commitments and managing customer expectations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner community, building trust-based relationships and communicating project status.
• Orchestrate production by maintaining queue awareness to prioritize work and mitigate delays.
• Document progress through weekly portfolio reviews and manage risk-based outreach for high-risk jobs.
• Act as a subject matter expert to drive operational excellence and resolve blockers across platforms.
• Identify and resolve issues, including managing RMAs and negotiating reclamations for non-conformance or late deliveries.
• Collaborate with Operations and PD&T to ensure quality and safety, while providing peer support for continuous success.
