Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive partner manufacturing success by expediting tasks, reassigning or escalating as needed, and maintaining clear visibility across the order life cycle. You will be a primary contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal, queue management, and cross-platform skills, with a focus on delivering results, collaboration, and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of managing and meeting schedule commitments for an identified customer group.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary tactical driver for partner success and resolve production blockers.
• Manage end-to-end resolution of cancellation requests and missing documents.
• Oversee dispute resolutions and monitor communication queues to prevent stalls.
• Facilitate recovery of troubled orders and pull-in requests to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to optimize outcomes.
• Build trust-based partner relationships and provide transparent project updates.
• Identify automation opportunities and document revenue recognition processes.
• Provide peer coverage to ensure continuous support.
• Escalate complex risks to leadership while adhering to quality systems.
