Job summary

Xometry is seeking a highly organized Partner Success Manager to accelerate partner success across the order and production lifecycle in a fast-growing digital marketplace.

You will serve as the main point of contact for manufacturing partners, drive task prioritization, manage risks, and collaborate with Operations and PD&T to ensure on-time delivery and high quality. This role includes competitive benefits and a strong performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in supply chain and/or customer service.
• Experience meeting schedule commitments with customers.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to implement solutions to keep production moving.
• Self-starter with drive to complete projects.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with ERP tools and collaboration software.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner community, communicating project status and risks.
• Orchestrate production by prioritizing work and mitigating delays.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews and manage risk-based outreach.
• Act as a technical SME for the Partner Success Team to resolve blockers.
• Identify and resolve issues, including RMA projects and reclamations.
• Collaborate with Operations and PD&T while upholding quality and safety policies.
