Job summary

Figure is seeking a Partner Success Associate to accelerate SMB financing through broker and ISO partnerships in the United States. The role focuses on ensuring partners can submit opportunities efficiently and on guiding borrowers through the Figure funnel.

You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, optimize the application pipeline, and provide high-value feedback to improve go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience owning a revenue target in client- and/or partner-facing roles within the financial services space.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM & analytics platforms (Salesforce, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Manage ISO/broker partner sales and success, serving as day-to-day contact.
• Grow and maintain partner relationships and monitor the application pipeline.
• Coordinate with partners to identify high-potential leads and fund deals.
• Educate partners on Figure’s technology stack and borrower application process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
