Job summary

Figure is seeking a Partner Success Associate to activate ISO/broker relationships and ensure SMB leads flow through Figure’s funnel, coordinating with partners to submit opportunities and delivering a best-in-class borrower experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in revenue-target roles in financial services, strong relationship management, and hands-on CRM/analytics experience (Salesforce, Tableau). Startup or scale-up exposure is a plus in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of revenue-target ownership in client- or partner-facing roles
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Tableau)
• Familiarity with lender/funder platforms and lead submission tools
• Exposure to mortgage or secured lending is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own ISO/broker sales & success, mastering Figure products
• Serve as day-to-day contact with key partners
• Manage application pipeline and funding deals
• Educate partners on Figure's tech stack and borrower flow
• Provide feedback to improve SMB go-to-market
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support pipeline development and partner onboarding
• Track performance indicators and optimize partner outcomes
