Figure is transforming capital markets through blockchain-powered loans and partnerships. We seek a partner success associate to activate ISO/broker relationships and ensure SMB leads flow smoothly through Figure’s funnel.

You will manage the application pipeline, coordinate with partners, and fund deals while educating partners on Figure’s platform and borrower processes. This role emphasizes revenue growth, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience owning a revenue target in client- and/or partner-facing roles within financial services.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM & analytics platforms (Salesforce, Tableau).
• Familiarity with lender/funder platforms and processes (lead submission tools).

Aufgaben

• Master Figure’s products and value propositions to SMB partners.
• Build relationships with key partners and serve as primary day-to-day contact.
• Manage pipeline and funding deals with partners.
• Educate partners on Figure’s technology stack and borrower application process.
• Provide program and product feedback to improve SMB go-to-market.
