Qualifications

• Experience owning a high-volume book of concurrent engagements (10–30).
• Ability to build structure and operating playbooks for in-flight work.
• Track record measured by on-time delivery, adoption, and retention.
• Judgment to assess delivery quality and unblock escalations.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executives.
• Experience with consulting and SI partners; running at-risk reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own every engagement from match to completed outcome and monitor weekly status.
• Lead weekly delivery reviews and address at-risk engagements with clear actions.
• Unblock issues by coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Grow partner Claude usage and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Develop senior partner relationships and drive repeat business with stories.
