Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Success Lead to own a book of in-flight engagements across managed partners in North America. You’ll drive delivery, monitor Claude usage trends, and ensure outcomes are completed on scope and on time.

You will build executive relationships, unblock capacity and scope issues, and translate success into repeatable playbooks and offerings while coordinating with Partner Account Managers and other teams across Anthropic.

Qualifications

• Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome.
• Run weekly delivery reviews and diagnose at-risk engagements with owners and asks.
• Unblock issues across capacity, scope, readiness, and product questions to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Build senior relationships with managed partners’ practice and delivery leadership.
• Turn moves into repeatable best practices and playbooks for scale.
• Track engagements, adoption, and consumption to inform strategy.
• Steward funding requests and align on outcomes over hours.
• Coordinate handoffs with Partner Sales, Delivery, and Success teams.
