Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior leader to helm Partner Services Delivery and Success within Partnerships. You will drive global field delivery, partner health, and success initiatives to ensure Claude deployments meet customers' needs at scale.

You will build and manage a cross‑regional team, align delivery with account leadership, and establish standard practices for performance, risk, and customer impact across enterprise engagements. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical delivery or solutions leadership, including leading leaders
• Experience building and scaling a delivery organization during rapid volume growth
• Accountability for production deployments and business impact beyond plan
• Experience coordinating with client engineering teams while maintaining quality

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment strategy and deployment approaches with customers through partners
• Build and manage a global field delivery organization across regions
• Ensure delivery assurance and root-cause analysis with partners
• Drive partner success and partner health metrics across engagements
• Coordinate with account executives and partner teams for unified delivery ownership
• Manage executive relationships with partners and clients to align on outcomes
• Develop bench strength in markets where delivery capabilities are being built
