Anthropic is seeking a Senior Leader to head Partner Services Delivery and Success within Partnerships. You will guide global field delivery, partner success, and partner health for Claude deployments with customers through partner ecosystems.

The role demands building scalable delivery organizations and ensuring deployments land on time with high quality and customer impact. You will travel to partner and customer sites, influence executive-level sessions, and stay current with AI trends.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in technical delivery, professional services or solutions leadership, including leading leaders.
• Built a delivery organization and scaled it across volume changes.
• Accountable for deployments reaching production and user adoption, not just plan delivery.
• Led delivery through other people’s engineers while maintaining quality.
• Experience with global systems integrators and advisory firms and their delivery practices.

• Define deployment strategy and approaches for Claude with partners and customers.
• Build and lead a global field delivery organization across Americas and international markets.
• Establish delivery assurance standards and root-cause feedback to partners.
• Drive partner success and health, ensuring one plan across partners and customers.
• Maintain relationships with partners’ executives and client leadership; ensure alignment across teams.
• Develop bench strength in markets where delivery capability is still developing.
