Anthropic is seeking a Partner Account Manager for AI-Native and Boutique SI Partners based in San Francisco or New York City. You will own the relationship with a portfolio of key partners and build a joint business plan to drive growth, pipeline, and production deployments of Claude.

You will work across Partner Sales, Programs, Success, and Enablement to ensure partners receive the full value of Anthropic’s offerings and to align on strategic priorities.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage relationships with AI-native and boutique SI partners, from practitioners through to founders and executives.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Lead partner business planning, including setting mutual goals, identifying target accounts, and defining success metrics.
• Collaborate with partners' sales teams to identify opportunities and support deal progression.
• Coordinate with Anthropic's Partner Sales, Partner Programs, and Partner Success teams to maximize partner value.
• Maintain regular operating cadence with each partner, including business reviews against the joint plan.
