phData is seeking a senior Anthropic Partner Lead to own the Anthropic relationship, translate needs into a go-to-market plan, and manage revenue and commitments across Sales, Solutions, and partner counterparts. This role is remote-first with US-based collaboration across time zones.

You will influence cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are met, build executive relationships, and lead partner programs to drive revenue and strategic outcomes for phData and Anthropic.

Competenze

• Experience leading a partner/alliance function with hyperscalers, data platforms, or AI vendors.
• Ability to build joint go-to-market plans with shared targets and managed budgets.
• Experience managing partner agreements, tiers, and commitments.
• Executive-level relationship-building and ability to influence cross-functional leadership.

Mansioni

• Own the Anthropic partner strategy, portfolio, and annual plan, built with Sales.
• Develop and deliver joint go-to-market plans with sales and services teams.
• Manage partner agreements, tiers, and commitments; ensure compliance.
• Build executive relationships on both sides and resolve escalations.
• Oversee commercial enablement for our sellers and Anthropic's sellers.
• Manage the channel budget and targets; chair revenue reviews.
