Job summary

Via is seeking a Partner Success Manager on the US East Coast (ideally Miami or Atlanta; remote welcome for other East Coast locations). You will be the face and voice of Via for our partners, building durable relationships and turning them into revenue opportunities.

You’ll advise partners on operations, go-to-market, and product needs, while championing new capabilities internally to expand service size and scope. Competitive compensation and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience with client-facing roles (consulting, customer success, or high-growth environments).
• Entrepreneurial relationship builder who handles complex, politically sensitive situations.
• Quantitatively-inclined with ability to draw insights from data and translate into actions.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and tolerance for fast-paced, high-responsibility roles.
• Team player who mentors others and drives collaborative success.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of partner relationships, serving as the primary contact for executive city/agency leadership.
• Act as trusted advisor to convert partner ideas into revenue opportunities for Via.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for service growth and revenue expansion.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations to improve quality and growth.
• Negotiate multi-year, complex contract renewals and expansions to increase revenue per partnership.
