Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services environments.
• Ability to navigate complex escalations and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex platform, cloud, and migration issues for partners.
• Navigate escalations with technical accuracy and partner experience in mind.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to drive long-term fixes.
• Create and share knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides.
