Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in partner engineering, solutions architecture, or API integration.
• Deep technical expertise with REST/gRPC APIs, HTTP, rate limiting, authentication frameworks (OAuth 2.0, API keys), and data contracts.
• Experience with enterprise partners as primary technical contact for complex integrations.
• Background in distributed systems, high-throughput streaming, and large-scale data delivery architectures.
• Ability to debug asynchronous systems under pressure and communicate status to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DRI for technical partner success from onboarding to production optimization.
• Maintain API reliability, performance, latency, uptime, and SLA compliance across external feeds.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerts for data product health to preempt issues.
• Translate partner requirements into actionable specs and roadmap items.
• Collaborate with core engineering to harden APIs and refine data contracts.
• Maintain developer docs, integration playbooks, and architecture diagrams.
