Job summary
Yahoo Mail is seeking a Partner Success Engineer to own end-to-end partner integrations for our data products and APIs. You will be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) ensuring API contracts, SLAs, and maximum partner value, bridging engineering, data, and partnerships in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with partner engineering or API integration.
- Deep expertise in REST/gRPC APIs, HTTP, authentication, and data contracts.
- Experience as primary technical contact for enterprise partners.
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-throughput streaming.
Responsibilities
- Serve as DRI for technical partner success from onboarding to production optimization.
- Maintain API reliability, latency, uptime, and SLA compliance across feeds.
- Establish proactive monitoring, logging, and automated alerting for data health.
- Translate partner requirements into actionable specs and roadmap items.
- Collaborate with engineering to harden APIs and refine data contracts.
- Maintain developer docs, integration playbooks, and escalation paths.
