Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on partner engineering or external API integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DRI for partner success from sandbox onboarding to production optimization.
• Maintain API reliability, performance, latency, uptime, and SLA compliance.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and automated alerting for data product health.
• Translate partner requirements into actionable specifications and roadmap items.
• Collaborate with core engineering to harden APIs and refine data contracts.
• Maintain developer docs, integration playbooks, and architecture diagrams.
