Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting experience.
• UKG Product knowledge (HCM/WFM) or similar industry product domain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required.
• Travel of up 25% may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with partners and oversee project governance and delivery.
• Represent UKG on partner projects and escalate as needed.
• Manage weekly project check-ins and ensure on-track status.
• Ensure go-live readiness and quality deliverables.
• Track scope, budget, and changes with partner operations.
• Drive partner OSAT responses and referenceability on projects.
• Forecast go-live timing to avoid billing issues.
• Lead enablement and certification programs; conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain accurate partner portfolio data and identify improvement opportunities.
