Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineering Leader to manage a team of Partner Solutions Engineers across the Americas. You will drive technical enablement, maturity, and joint-solution development with channel partners to accelerate pipeline, while championing Cisco Data Fabric strategies.

You will mentor a high-performing team, align enablement roadmaps with GTM priorities, and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve complex integration challenges for strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years demonstrated ability; OR Master’s degree + 5 years.
• 5+ years of broad/deep technical knowledge in Security, Observability, Event, or Network Management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical pre-sales or partner-facing engineering teams.
• Strong operational acumen, including partner capacity planning and enablement roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical catalyst to help partners move up the Cisco Partner 360 tiers.
• Lead initiatives to ensure partner sales, SE, SA, SP, and MSP staff achieve required Splunk Certifications and badges.
• Drive the adoption of Cisco’s Data Fabric strategy using Data Intelligence and AI.
• Design enablement roadmaps and deliver training, workshops, and labs for partner readiness.
• Collaborate with partner engineering and product teams to co-develop joint solutions.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for strategic partners.
• Support sales efforts with technical input for RFPs and POCs.
• Document partner engagements and standardize enablement methodologies.
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of PSEs.
